YOUR TONGUE AND DESTINY

A man 's [moral] self shall be filled with the fruit of his mouth; and with the consequence of his words he must be satisfied [whether good or evil]. (Proverbs.18.20 AMP)

I can not tell how much has been built or destroyed by what proceeds from the mouth of a man. No word proceeding from of a man's mouth becomes void. It has effect either on the hearer or the speaker himself.

Scripture is telling us that a man 's moral self shall be filled with the fruit of his mouth. The more you speak, the more you accumulate for yourself the result of what you utter and with the consequence of your words you must be satisfied [whether good or evil].

Many people have been sent to captivity by their own mouth, and others utterly destroyed because of what seemed simple while mentioning.

You might have conversations on the devil, curses, evil spirits and so on but have you engaged in the understanding of the power of your tongue over your life?

In the Realm of the Spirit, what sets things moving is "Rhema," –the spoken word of God. Imagine how much you do to your self when you speak with a perverted tongue.

Proverb.21.23 He who guards his mouth and his tongue keeps himself from calamity.

Yes, when you learn to guard and have rule over your mouth and tongue, nothing that causes destruction will befall you. What you speak today shapes what you will be tomorrow.

Hallelujah!
