Isaiah said to them, "Tell your master, 'This is what the LORD says: Do not be afraid of what you have heard-those words with which the underlings of the king of Assyria have blasphemed me. (2Kings.19.6. NIV)
By reason of our position in Christ, anything that comes to our ears does not only concern us. It entirely concerns God because we are found in Him.
So when the bad reports, threats, sickness and failure land into our ears, God says: Do not be afraid of what you have heard.
Anything that speaks contrary to God's will in your life is actually blaspheming God because it does not take into account what Christ accomplished on the cross.
Don't be shaken when you hear things that threaten your progress. Be still because it's not your battle and God knows everything.
Matthew.10.30 But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not, then; you are of more value than many sparrows. (AMP)
Hallelujah!
