Consider the risks and conditions one goes through in everyday life. Let's talk about the life in the womb. The miscarriage you survived, the infections and still birth. Amidst all this, you were born into the world.
Look at your early years of age, think about the things that could have heart you. Now you are old. You have faced many things, yet you have made it through.
Your life is not just a chance, it a result of God's faithful love. In scripture, the psalmist uses the story of the children of Israel to teach us a lesson about the loving kindness of God.
He looks back to their history. The ups and downs they had in their journey and realized it was God who carried them through.
Look back into your History, consider the moments you thought you were gone. The sickness, the oppression, that fatal accident, that moment that you never wish to face again. But also don't forget the best moments; the successes you got, the victory and achievements.
Put all that in consideration because it's only the wise who take such into their hearts.
You got over all because God was with you. Even when you rebelled, he still held you dear and precious. When you fell, he lifted you up, when almost became proud, he humbled you.
If you ever start to doubt the amount of love God has for you, consider your history and see His faithful love.
