HOW TO WALK IN THE CONSTANT PRESENCE OF GOD

Finally, brethren, farewell (rejoice)! Be strengthened (perfected, completed, made what you ought to be); be encouraged and consoled and comforted; be of the same [agreeable] mind one with another; live in peace, and [then] the God of love [Who is the Source of affection, goodwill, love, and benevolence toward men] and the Author and Promoter of peace will be with you. (2Corinthians.13.11 AMP)

Nobody who has know God does not want to walk in a constant presence of God. Infact when the things that once gave the person assurance of the presence disappear, the person begins to question his relationship with God.

God is always with us but what we mean here is His active Presence. God being with us is always part of Him, but cultivating a habit of always setting Him on the forefront of our daily lives is the task.

Some might think I will enter a 40 day prayer and fasting, another will think about trying to keep himself holy. All this is good, but does not guarantee the activation of God's presence. Scripture has given us the way through:

Be strengthened (perfected, completed, made what you ought to be); be encouraged and consoled and comforted; be of the same agreeable mind one with another; live in peace, and then the God of love [Who is the Source of affection, goodwill, love, and benevolence toward men] and the Author and Promoter of peace will be with you.

God delights in a heart which seeks maturity, one that He Himself has taught and tested. Also this heart should have embraced His nature –love. A person with such a heart will never call out to God to come down from heaven because the presence of God is always active and present wherever they are.

Hallelujah!
