PRIESTS MADE PERFECT

For the Law sets up men in their weakness [frail, sinful, dying human beings] as high priests, but the word of [God 's] oath, which [was spoken later] after the institution of the Law, [chooses and appoints as priest One Whose appointment is complete and permanent], a Son Who has been made perfect forever. (Hebrews.7.28 AMP)

High priests enter into the Holly places with God, however the assignments given to them do demand that they are with out infirmity. For they should be free from human weakness. For that reason, high priests of the old covenant offered sacrifice for themselves then for the people just to cover their weakness.

Now scripture is showing us a testament which makes priests without infirmity. The later, which was established by God in Christ.

This is the very covenant in which we to are made priests.

Revelation.1.5 -6 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, and hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

The present covenant does not make men with infirmity because all who are made priests are already washed off their sin and weakness. If we dare bring the conversation of our weaknesses into this high calling, then we make the work of our High Priest void and with no effect.

We can not dwell in the inner court of God with a sin mentality. Oh priest! Set your eyes on things above not on your weakness.

Hallujah!
