A man is not established by wickedness, But the root of the righteous cannot be moved. (Proverbs.12.3 NKJV)
Everyone desires to be stable in everything and place. But how to get a sure establishment is the challenge. Well for some, they try to buy their way through, others fight people out of position and for some, they actually do kill, rob and manipulate. The question is: is that the way of righteousness?
A man is not established by wickedness. No matter how long and how much you try, your efforts will eventually come to the ground. Anything not founded in Christ has no source. It eventually dies out.
But the root of the righteous cannot be moved. Because the righteous are founded, directed and fed by God, the source of all good things. Are you dreaming to have an everlasting impact, do you want to remain living and speaking even when you depart? Just do the right thing by God.
The way of wickedness can seem easy and fast but the end thereof, the Lord has determined. [Psalms 73]
Truly, you put them on a slippery path and send them sliding over the cliff to destruction. In an instant they are destroyed, swept away by terrors. (Ps.73.18-19 NLT)
Nothing done right goes unrewarded. Just accept and enter by the right door.
"You can enter God's Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose the easy way. But the gateway to life is small, and the road is narrow, and only a few ever find it." (Matthew.7.13-14 NLT).
