The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. (2Pet.3.9 NIV)
In this world, we live under the control of times and seasons. There is seed time, harvest time, time to be born and time of death —everything is timed. But God,the creator of times and seasons doesn't live in them.
By human understanding, there are people who deserve to be put to an end. But God keeps them alive. God does not will that any man perishes in sin and wickedness. I hear people making prayers that God should come and judge the world, but children of God should know this: the Lord is not slow in keeping his promise.
He is patient with the world, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. Let's not try to take the place of God, trying to decide when the the world should be judged.
We therefore should not in any way try to judge anybody. Until the right time, God is not done with man yet, He is the God who can change man in a flick. To Him, a day is as a thousand years and a thousand years as a day.
Don't write anybody off because you don't see progress in them nor doubt the promises of God because you are not seeing them come to pass, trust the Lord and you will prosper in all your ways.
