"Look at my servant, whom I strengthen. He is my chosen one, and I am pleased with him. I have put my Spirit upon him. He will reveal justice to the nations. (Isaiah.42.1 NLT)
When it comes to placing somebody to perform a specific task, choice is very important and God has not established anything outside choice. For the salvation of all the nations, God started by choosing Israel as a nation. Many more are the instances where God declares His choice for a servant, tribe or nation.
In scripture today Isaiah sounds the declaration of Jesus Christ as God's choice servant. Making choice creates a seal on what is chosen. It reminds God of His duty in what He has chosen.
Important to note; God strengthens whoever He chooses –enabling them to withstand anything. Also it's responsibility to fill whoever he has chosen with His Spirit. This is the Spirit who gives the unction to pursue the mandate of God.
As God is serious with those He has chosen, the chosen should also be serious with seeking the God who chose them.
Days of revival are here, those chosen as champions of revival should get serious and pay more attention on what God is doing like never before. Days to serve like never before are come. Awaken from your sleep and sober up.
You did not choose God, He chose you.
I know you know what God has chosen you to be, be more diligent to discern what is instructing.
