GOD'S CALL; YOUR RESPONSE

And Isaiah boldly says, "I was found by those who did not seek me; I revealed myself to those who did not ask for me." But concerning Israel he says, "All day long I have held out my hands to a disobedient and obstinate people." (Romans.10.20 -21NIV)

God reveals Himself to people in different ways; common and uncommon, in the things He has made and by His Spirit. Israel as we know is the chosen national of God, but come that God says He was found by people who knew not Him yet the nation chosen by God keeps Him waiting and calling? Selah!

When God starts a journey with a person, He is intentional. However, in the journey, there is a tendency of man to become self willed and this is what brings the rebellion. A rebellious heart always wants God to bend to it's comfort.

In fact the amplified Bible makes it clear: "But of Israel he says, All day long I have stretched out My hands to a people unyielding and disobedient and self-willed [to a faultfinding, contrary, and contradicting people]".

Learn the act of remaining yielded and obedient, looking at the will of God and not your own. When yield to your will, you you exalt yourself that you expect even God to bend to you. There there be sure that you are not going to find God.

Every person who knows the place of their covenant with God always knows where to God when they feel the urgency of the Spirit. Such is the man who can not be weighed down by his shortcomings.

Hallelujah!
